more on the missing DVD’s…
June 21, 2008
If you live in Europe (the only place where this happened, allegedly) and received a copy of the book without a DVD, contact eurobkinfo@elsevier.com (European customer service for my publisher) and they’ll take care of you. If that doesn’t work for some reason, try the main (US) customer service – usbkinfo@elsevier.com . Sorry for the hassle!

Hi,
my copy of the book was delivered without DVD, too. I’ve bought it through amazon.de.
Unfortunatly, amazon offered only a 10 EUR rebate or returning the book for a complete refund. Elsevier was no help, because they could not send me a replacement DVD. So from my point of view the service of amazon.de and elsevier is … well actually they have nothing coming close to the meaning of the word service.
Now I’ll have to wait a few weeks and will buy the book through a small local book store.
